Use: The Belly Buddy may be used to help with pain, discomfort or indigestion. Heat the belly buddy in your microwave and place on the affected area. Its soft feel and pleasant scent (optional) adds a comforting effect and will make you ask "Why didn't I get one of these sooner?!"
Instructions: Heat for 2-3 minutes in the microwave or wrap in aluminium foil and heat in oven at 225 degrees for 20 minutes.
Caution: Avoid heat on the abdomen if you are pregnant, have recent scars, previous burns, sensitive skin or a skin infection. Do not use in places of medical treatment. If symptoms persist, please consult your health care practitioner immediately.
